Refund policy
WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
DOKAN (powered and owned by GO2GLOBE Inc.) doesn’t usually sell sealed brand-new products and specializes in reselling second-hand and open-box products. So, the warranty, return and refund policies are slightly different than shops which only sell sealed brand-new products.
DOKAN only accepts the return within 90 days (90 days after receiving your item to request a return) if you meet one of the following cases:
- There is a technical issue with the product: related only to hardware failure or main software compatibility (not including any 3rd party software compatibility issue which means only the software comes originally with the product)
- There is any specification difference from what was described on the product description page
- There was any physical damage or dents when receiving the product and wasn’t shown clearly in the pictures on the product page
- There is any missing part of the main product
- There is any missing accessory or peripheral which was shown on the product page
DOKAN doesn’t accept returns if any of the above-mentioned cases can’t be met and the product is exactly as it’s described on the product listing page.
Return Process:
You will have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-scratched, un-repaired, and in its original packaging including all the gifts and documents. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
At DOKAN, there is a hardware verification process that is done before shipping the product to the client and we keep a record of most of the internal hardware part numbers to make sure that nothing will be removed or replaced when requesting a return.
So If the product was disassembled or any internal part, hardware or software is replaced by the buyer or any 3rd party will result in the refusal of the return or refund. We always advise our clients not to try repairing or leave the product with any 3rd party during the 30 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dokan.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you choose to personalize your product (engrave your name, signature or photo), you can only request the return within 24 hours of receiving the product making sure that it’s exactly matches the product description and in good working condition. Unfortunately, you can’t claim any return after the first 24 hours even if you meet one of the above-mentioned acceptable return reasons.
If you choose to personalize one of your gifts instead of the product, you will be eligible for the 90 days return policy with no issues at all.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method with full amount including any shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
