For Customers in Canada:

Orders will be shipped the same day (except Sunday orders). We promise to deliver your product within 12h to 72h (based on product warehouse location and buyer location). You will get a tracking reference number for your shipment within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).

For any damage, lost or missing contents, DOKAN will solve it with the shipping company without any responsibility for the buyer.

 

For Customers in North America (excluding Canada):

Orders will be shipped the same day (except Sunday orders). We promise to deliver your product within 2 to 5 working days (based on buyer location). You will get a tracking reference number for your shipment within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).

For any damage, lost or missing contents, DOKAN will solve it with the shipping company without any responsibility for the buyer.

 

For International Customers (excluding North America):

Orders will be shipped the same day (except Sunday orders). You will get a tracking reference number for your shipment within 24 hours (excluding Sundays), and including estimated delivery date.

DOKAN will show the estimated shipping fees on the checkout page.

For any damage, lost or missing contents, DOKAN will solve it with the shipping company without any responsibility for the buyer.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes sure, that is one of our unique services and it’s totally free. But please make sure to check the warranty page carefully before you choose to personalize your product as there are some restricted return rules for personalized orders.

Our warehouses are currently in Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa.

We plan to expand soon to have warehouses in British Colombia and Alberta.
