DOKAN (powered and owned by GO2GLOBE Inc.) doesn’t usually sell sealed brand-new products and specialized in reselling second-hand and open box products. So, the warranty, return and refund policies are slightly different than shops which only sells sealed brand-new products.

DOKAN only accepts the return within 90 days (90 days after receiving your item to request a return) in specific cases as listed in the policy.
